Friday's Letters

Hello again, Friday!  This week has been particularly long, so I'm glad you've come.  Let's hurry it up to 5:00, please!

Dear Dad (pic above):  You are the best!  I am proud to call you mine...even though you still have that silly mustache of yours.  Happy Father's Day to the best one I know.  P.S.  This is one of my favorite pictures ever!
Dear Mom (pic below):  I didn't write a letter near Mother's Day...my bad!  You are the best, too!  Happy belated Mother's Day - let's wear our matching tunics soon, k? (jk)

Dear (Low)Back:  You've had a herniated disc or 2 since you were 15 and you've been behaving recently.  Were you bored?  Why did you throw yourself out and pinch my nerve last weekend?  I'm still recovering.  Enough, already.
Dear Summer Break:  I remember when I first realized that my dad didn't get you.  I was devastated for him...now I'm devastated for me, too.  Working through you stinks!  (And don't get me started on all you teachers out there...)
Dear Hair:  It's time for a cut.  I've been neglecting you.  I'm sorry!
